Hi. I am a Wyze customer who bought an outside camera that was lost in transit. Been in contact with fed ex and the USPS. And I have emailed the company with minimum reply. I have new information I want to convey from the shipping company’s and would like to do it via a phone call not an email. Is there a customer support line I can call. Or am I limited to the spotty emails. Someone please help.
