Contact for Missing In Home Monitoring Order

Greetings all!

I just received my order for the home security setup. The base station was supposed to be free when I paid for a year of monitoring - which I did. When the order with my sensors and keypads came, the base station was not in it.

It shows that it shipped, but it was not in the box. Can someone tell me who to contact? I have looked all over the site and cannot find any way to contact Wyze about this.
