My camera keeps having difficulty connecting to my phone and staying connected when I leave the house, the camera also always has lines across the screen any more. I’ve unplugged, restarted and killed the app multiple times and nothing is working.
Those lines don’t look like a weak signal/WiFi issue, it looks like a faulty camera to me. I would contact support about a replacement.

You can also submit a request from within the Wyze app by going to Account > Help & Feedback > Report an Issue. The latter method will allow you to include an app log for diagnosis.
