Connection Problems

I have 9 cams (V2) and I love them. I also have to say the support Wyze offer and also the community are pretty good!

I’m curious as to why I regularly can’t connect to certain cameras from my iPhone Max XS, but I can connect to those same cameras from my iPad at the same time, same network etc.

It doesn’t seem logical to me that I can’t - the reverse also happens too btw!

And yes, when I clear the cache and reboot my phone it too connects - but, it’s a hassle!

Is there something/anything I can do to stop this/make it easier! Is there a tip or trick!?

How long has it been happing prior to the connectivity issues?

Maybe a month?

@RonEdwards, have you tried using cellular data or being on a different wifi network?

Yep! Same thing - some work, some don’t and same on iPad then! Quite strange!!

Mhmm that leads me to believe that it may be a porting issue maybe. I recommend on your home network you try and see what ports are open and which are not.
