Connecting to camera with LTD

<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);">I connect fine at home while on the same WiFi as the camera. But when I’m away from WiFi my Ap sticks on the 2/3 authentications step. Help</span>

Click the support link at the top of this page and run through the troubleshooting section. If that doesn’t help, submit a support ticket from within the app which will send the logs to Wyze for analysis.
