I changed my internet provider but I have tplink decos
I didn’t changed any of my router settings
Login and password are the same but now all my cameras appear as offline
Do I need to reinstall them because of the new Isp?
If you are using the same router they should be working, did you try power cycling them in order to force them to try to reconnect?
Also obligatory dumb question - are other WiFi devices (computers or games etc.) able to reach the Internet over that same Decos system since the change?
Also, you mention login and password but the specific things at issue are the SSID (WiFi network name) and password/passphrase that the cameras were given originally.
The router have the same name and password
I did disconnectedand connected again a few of the cameras and it didn’t solved the problem
Maybe I need to erase cameras from the app and link them again
You say the router has the same name and password, is it the same router, and are other devices working? I thought from your first post that it was the same router, but if not you may have to resetup all your devices.
