Can't use my address

Trying to set up my home monitoring. I can not put in my address that I have been using for 15 years. Program keeps changing the address. My address not in their database?

I had a similar problem until I updated the Wyze app. Are you running the current version?

I far as I know. How do you determine that. I can check the firmware on all my devices, but don’t know if the main phone wyze app is the latest.
