Can’t see 12-sec videos on android. Please help!

Did you click on the “events” tab in the Wyze app?
If you still don’t see your videos, make sure your camera is set to record.
Camera :arrow_right: Settings​:gear: :arrow_right: Event recording
The switches should be on(blue) for motion and or sound in order to record video.

Thanks for your response. The events appears in the “events” tab, but when I try to download, it wont download. Stuck in “loading…”
