i’ve have been logged out of my app for an unknown reason and can’t log in. i put the correct password in and then it says “invalid phone number”. i know it recognizes the password because when i enter it incorrectly, it scolds me for that. i think it’s having trouble with the two factor. any one else having this problem or have a solution?
Wyze recently logged everyone out due to a security concern. Since tons of people are trying to login again right now, the servers are a bit overloaded. Just give it some time, and it should work again soon.
Hi everyone, I’m closing this thread. Please see the below thread and continue the conversation there. Because everyone’s token was reset, the 2FA servers are being overloaded with people trying to log back in. It’s essentially now a DDOS by the user community.
