Can't get Alexa to work with Wyze Buds Pro

The app says to close the Wyze app and keep the Alexa app running in the background. I have done that, but all I ever get is “Open the Alexa app and try again”. Is there something I’m missing?

Reset the buds, and remove them from the wyze app. Then, try to connect them via Bluetooth to your Alexa device. Once they’re paired, then connect them to the wyze app.
