Can't connect outdoor cam

Upgraded firmware & can’t connect 2 outdoor cams. Nothing I do works. Wyze is no help. Any ideas???

My base has this version but I do not know about the cams because I can’t see them.

Put the new firmware on the cams with this method, manually with an SD card.

Thanks so much. I put the old firmware on the cams & that worked. I did not do the base. One less step.
