Is anyone else experiencing an issue where they cannot open cameras from the app? I can open the app, see all my cameras live in groups, but if I try to open any individual camera the app crashes. I’m running all the latest beta updates with the newest rules engine on an iPhone 8. Any thoughts?
Since I can’t open cameras I don’t see how I can upgrade firmware on the cameras but I’m pretty sure they are all up-to-date as well

Same. Only affecting full screen live view on my v3’s. Started about an hour ago. Starts to load and then app crashes. Rolled back to some previous app betas and same result.
I’ve got the problem on my iPad and iPhone only on the V3. The iPhone is running IOS 14.7.1 and the iPad 14.6. Beta app is 2.23.16. Checking the iPad it doesn’t look like the app completely crashes but is partly running in the background.

If you sent in a log, could you please post the log number here?
If you haven’t sent in a log, please recreate the issue and then send in a log through Account > Wyze Support > Submit a Log. Please include the date, time, and time zone in the log description and then post the log number here when it’s in.
I submitted logs for two separate problems but I think this one is the V3 camera problem: 271473. In case that’s the wrong one here is the other: 271487. (I think this one is for the problem I’m having with the HMS hub.) Time was 7:53 pm PDT 8/10/2021.
8/11/21, 1:12AM EDT — V3s in individual live stream mode crashes the Beta app. I normally get a “firmware update required” prompt at that spot. V2s unaffected. Log 271560.
