Cannot connect to network

I have an issue where my Pan Cam cannot connect to my wifi network. The problem is not the camera - I have been able to connect it to a different wifi network at another location so it must be some specific settings of my wifi router (ISP provided).

The router is a ReadyNet AC1200MS. I don’t think it is the security settings - to troubleshoot I have tried disabling the security and still no luck.

Any suggestions.

It MUST be secured. The Wyze camera will not connect to an un-secured network.

Personal opinion is that you should never run any WiFi network un-secured.

 

Ya, I realize that. I the OP i said I was troubleshooting. Its doesn’t answer why the camera cannot connect.
