Cannot activate cam plus and wyze support seems to be non-existent

I am so frustrated with this whole thing. I chose to pay for wyze plus to take advantage of AI, to get longer event times, and to get it to stop harassing me about it every time I check an event. It has never worked since I subscribed, will not activate, says I have no cameras, and cannot get any replies from support. I have sent multiple messages to support but I guess no one cares.

From the app on your device tap account bottom right, go to services, open that and see if you CP is activated or available. Or you could call support 1-844-999-3226 M-F 5AM-6PM Sat 8AM-4PM Pacific time.

That’s your “available subscriptions” page. Look in your “active subscription” page, is the camera you want to add cam plus to on there? What type of camera is it?
