Cannot access cam away from network

So I set up the cam just as the instructions and youtube videos say. I can access my camera when I am on my home network, but I am unable to as soon as I get away or turn off my wifi on my mobile. I tried to reset, I tried to restart, I tried to delete and re-add, but nothing has worked. I emailed support and I haven’t heard anything from them yet. Anyone with any success on this? Might it be my router/modem? Thanks.

Got a new router from my internet provider and now I can access the camera off network.

Yeah I think it might be your router. Maybe try going to a friend or a family members and connecting to and testing if it works with theirs when when you disconnect from the network.
