It says I must be on the same Wi-Fi as the camera to download the video. My phone is on the same wifi. Can,t figure it out
Do you have 2.4GHz and 5GHz wifi sharing the same SSID (wifi ID)?

You might want to try force quitting the app on your phone and/or restarting the phone.
