Our Cam Pan was set to continuous recording and captured our cat’s final days. 
Can I remove the SD card now… and reinsert it sometime in the future to watch the footage?
I plan to get a new SD card to replace it for daily recordings in the meantime.
I’ve already turned off continuous recording for now, so the videos are not being recorded over.

@Kdsc Yes, you can remove the card from the cam and save it.
Go to Camera > Live Stream > Gear icon 
> Settings > Advanced Settings > Manage MicroSD Card > Eject Card
Additionally, if you have a card reader handy, you could backup the footage on a computer as well.
Last time I looked, the video files are saved in a user-hostile schema. You have to stitch a bunch of files together to get a continuous recording.
