Can not connect to network

I have a Wyse Cam Pan, been used for 9 months with no problem. I moved the cam to another room and is not connecting to network. I brought it back to the old room and still the yellow light is not flashing. I remove the SD card and press down the setup button for 20 seconds. Still no flashing yellow light. The current room is where the router is, so the signal is strong. Any ideas?

If you have pressed the setup button you will need to re add the camera and rescan the QR code before it will connect.

The yellow light is solid. Not getting ready to connect message.
