Can not connect my cam , have many working at my location and have one that will not connect??? Password is correct for my system!
What error codes are you seeing, if any? Is this a new cam or an existing one that isn’t working anymore? Try swapping cameras and see if the problem stays with the camera or stays with the location. Then go from there.
Sorry for the trouble. Did you get any error code when the device can’t connect?
More information? It won’t connect to my router! It’s about 1 year old cam I don’t see any codes
More info if possible yep. Looking for indicators such as do you see the 1/3, 2/3, 3/3 numbers? Does it hang on anything one of those? Does the view screen say “device is offline”? If you go into your router config, does it say the camera is connected? Sounds like this has worked in the past, but now doesn’t? What trouble shooting steps have you attempted? “Does not connect” doesn’t narrow down the focus as much as it could. Screen shots of any part of the process or where the hang-up is will help. So I tried it on another WiFi system and it connected with no problem!!! Guess I have to trouble shoot my system at home ! I have a bowl six cans running at home all connected with no problem not sure why this one won’t:sos:
What kind of wifi network/hardware are you running at home? Does it have any special characters in the ssid? Anything other than strictly numbers or letters.
At home, try swapping cameras and see if the problem stays with the camera or stays with the location. Then go from there.
