Support had me revert my WCO back to an older Firmware version, to address excessive battery draining. With the new Beta release, this puts my WCO and Base Station out of sync with the latest Firmware. Support has not responded back to my email asking how to address this now, and in the future.
Anyone here understand this situation and what I should or should not do?

With the older firmware that Support asked me to use, the battery drain is about 2% a day instead of 4%. With my ticket still open, I expected Support to respond by email. I do not normally have time to sit on hold, or answer a callback at a random time. By using email, I am allowing Support to provide a well researched and thoughtful response. I just expected the response to be more timely.
