We want to use our camera to check on our dog in our RV while traveling we have a mobile hotspot but the camera isn’t recognizing it. Is this possible?

" Wyze Devices need to be connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network with a WPA/WPA2 protocol. Wyze Devices cannot be connected to a 5GHz network. … Most single-band routers are 2.4GHz. "
Do you know for a fact that your hotspot is actually functional? What other devices do you connect to the hotspot?
We have connected iPhones, iPads and laptops to the hotspot with no issues. It says it is a 2.4 GHz
You do have to configure the camera from scratch. Instead, if it was originally set up on your home LAN, consider making your hotspot have exactly the same SSID name and password.
