Bought & set up 2 cams and 2 plugs for vacation home. Been working fine for 2 weeks…now they’re all off line. Cable must’ve went out with power for a few minutes. Other devices have reconnected-Can I reboot them remotely? If not, it was a waste of money.

Please try power cycling (unplug and plug back in) the devices that are offline.
If that doesn’t work, try a factory reset.

For the future, if you have frequent outages you may want a manual timer to power cycle the cameras. This will insure that they can be power cycled without you having to be on location.
Unplugging the cams & plugs is not possible 3,000 miles away. I’ve been away 2 weeks & this happened. Was not expecting any ‘outages’ with power or internet. Might need to return.
