CamPlus order

I have tried sending an email many time on the main site, but all that happens is an endless spinning circle. There must be an easier way. So posting here instead.
I missed the fine print, and ordered CamPlus only to find that it cannot be used for the Outdoor Cam. I have no use for it on my indoor cam, so would like to cancel this order.

Did you open a support ticket?
Under Returns there is a selection for “Product, App, and Account Support, Wyze App”
Give that a try and see if you have better luck. They send a generic response but just reply to it and state your concern again.

But it WILL soon work. Don’t know the date. People are already using it in beta on the WCO.
