I have numerous Wyze V3 Cameras and only activated a few. Each comes with a 14 day free trial of CamPlus. I activated a camera today and it is still only recording 12 seconds of video. It shows it’s a 20 second clip yet stops at 12 seconds. Am I not getting the free trial?
Can you post a screen print of the events? Did you configure CamPlus on the specific cameras? It doesn’t automatically get assigned which would leave your cameras at the 12 second clip configuration.
Yes, I configured it correctly just like I did with my other V3 camera that has CamPlus. But all of a sudden today the recorded videos are going past 12 seconds now. Still, it sucks that I lost one day of my 14 day free trial.
