I’ve been having an issue with both my Pan & v2 cameras lately not powering off from the app. When I hit “power off” they don’t shut off, and I get an “operation failed” message. Any suggestions?
Same here. I have two V1 and one of them won’t power off using the ios app. Hopefully someone has seen this and fixed it?
FIXED
I had to manually update the firmware to the previous version and that fixed the problem with the “power off” using the app. After I confirmed everything was working as it should, I allowed it to automatically update to the current version of firmware being careful not to disturb the process. After it finished updating, I checked everything again and all was well. I like being able to turn them off with my phone!
