Not getting notifications of motion on my Iphone. Tried everything, connect, reconnect, install, uninstall, they are just not coming thru. Support was not much help, basically send the instructions to me again.
Let’s try a few things. First in the iPhone settings under Notifications make sure Notifications are turned on for the Wyze app.
Next, on the Wyze app home screen, in the top of the screen there is a small bell icon. Does that have a line through it?

Well that was the low hanging fruit as they say. The next thing to check is, from the camera live view screen tap the gear icon and then select Event Recording and make sure Motion is turned on. Notifications are tied to events so this setting must be on.
I deleted and installed again, it now works
