Camera started panning on its own and won't stop, now can't connect with app

The other day the camera starting panning back and forth on its own. We didn’t do anything. There could have been a power shut off in the home before it started doing it, not sure. Now, when I try to get the app to work with it, I keep getting the connection failed. This is after unplugging it for a period of time. It still is panning back and forth without any commands. Do I need a new camera?? Thanks for any help!

Hi @fishrman, I recommend contacting Wyze Customer Support about this issue. They can decide if the cam is bad and replace it if necessary. :slightly_smiling_face:
