The other day the camera starting panning back and forth on its own. We didn’t do anything. There could have been a power shut off in the home before it started doing it, not sure. Now, when I try to get the app to work with it, I keep getting the connection failed. This is after unplugging it for a period of time. It still is panning back and forth without any commands. Do I need a new camera?? Thanks for any help!
Hi @fishrman, I recommend contacting Wyze Customer Support about this issue. They can decide if the cam is bad and replace it if necessary.
