I’ve purchased several cam v2 and v3 units. Unfortunately one of them is acting strangely:
every so often, it will reset itself and then say “ready to connect”. I then proceed to re-pair the device, and it works fine for a few days, and then again just randomly says “ready to connect”. I have several v3s, but this is the only one acting like this. What should I do?
There was a post a while back similar to this. Apparently the setup switch is stuck. IIRC, he lifted off the button’s cover and fiddled with the switch.
Or if the camera is still under warranty, you can call Wyze customer service.
If the switch fix doesn’t work it does sound like a support issue. Here is contact info;
