had to reset cams due to router change , setup app not going to next step after push button. next field stays grey, camera says its ready but cant go to next step, pan setup worked fine, reinstalled the app, same problem, help please, ty

What type of camera is the other one? Did you check the box that you heard the ready to connect? The next button illuminates and can be clicked when you do.
If you ever change routers again, just use the exact same SSID and password and all your stuff should reconnect seamlessly.
