Cam Plus Subscription Isn't Showing

I signed up for Cam Plus and the monthly fee is being taken from my account, but when I go to Account in the Wyze app and select Services, it still show “Get Now” next to Cam Plus. When I select this it takes me to the page where I can purchase Cam Plus, but I am already paying for the service. How do I fix this?

When you purchased, did you get a code from wyze? if you did, at the top of the page you will see a Redeem option. Click on that and enter the code.

I signed up to one of their “special” offers for Cam Plus. After I entered my account and other required information, I hit enter (or something like that, it was 3 months ago). After that I don’t remember getting anything confirming my subscription, but for the last 3 months Wyze has been taking the service fee out of my account.

I pay for a year in advance to take advantage of the price difference. Not sure what it looks like for the monthly subscription.

But when I go to services in the App, located in the account tab. Then Click on CamPlus, I see all 6 of mine, which I associated my Camera’s to as seen below. Do you see your CamPlus subscription in your list?

No. In my Services, Cam Plus is listed, but only as an option to purchase. And, since I have already purchased the service, I don’t know where to go next.

Did you subscribe under this email address? Did you contact Wyze support at +1 (206) 339-9646 Monday - Friday 5 am - 6 pm PT, & Saturday 8 am - 4 pm PT (add 3 hours for ET times).

I’ve been trying to get through at that number for over a month , off and on. No one EVER picks up. You’re directed to use “live chat” …which is a joke as far as I can see. It’s NOT live chat at all , unless I don’t know what I’m doing. It’s more like an artificial intelligence with the IQ or an imbecile. It’s answers bear little resemblance to the question.
