Cam plus not showing all my cams

Cam plus not showing all my cams. Unable to transfer cam plus to other camera. Support was no help.

Wyze App > Account > Services > Cam Plus > Edit > Available Devices

Look under Cam Plus (Active Annual Paid Licenses) tap Edit.

Look under Available Devices. All your cameras should show up here.

Tick the box for the desired cam, tap activate. To deactivate a cam, uncheck the box for the desired cam, tap activate

I know that. I am saying that the camera that is at my other house on a different Wi-Fi is not showing up as available

Is there a camplus trial on it already? What camera version are you using?

Did it have a trial that recently expired? Is this camera setup on your same account? Or is a shared camera to your account?

I just subscribed for a year today it’s on my account But at a different location and different Wi-Fi

Different location and WiFi doesn’t matter in this case. What is important is if this camera that you are trying to add a camplus license to is setup on your same account that you bought the license with. Is this other camera setup on your account (not shared)?
