Do you guys understand customers dont have hours and hours to figure out how to get the videos back. I already paid your [Mod Edit] monthly charge for this [Mod Edit] and my stuff still doesnt work. Get it fixed already this is ridiculous. I just love how you falsly advetised free 12 secind vidoes and thrn it gets taken away… Ever hear a term “grandfathered in”, thanks for the huge inconvenience will never ypur garbage product to anyone.
