Is there a way to switch your cam plus account to another cam instead of the one I activate…Brought the V3 cam and want to switch out the cam I got now with the plus account to it

Sure. In the app, go to Account > Services > CAM Plus. If you are currently using all of your CAM Plus subscriptions you’ll have to uncheck a camera before you can select a different one.
