Cam pan won't connect

My new cam pan will not give me voice prompt to connect.

Well sounds like a defective unit do a warranty replacement at Wyze

Thanks for the answers. I returned and received refund. Purchased Cam Pan V.2 and it works flawlessly.

Yes! My Pan V.2 works really well too, and it can see things better in low lighting. Thanks for the follow up, it is good to hear that you got a good resolution.
