I have four bulbs three upgraded on firmware no problem the fourth continues to give me upgrade failed?
Several of mine said Upgrade Failed during this latest firmware upgrade. I just retried (1 I had to power off and back on, then retry) and they eventually upgraded. Let us know if turning it off and back on, then retrying the upgrade doesn’t work.
even though it says failed. check the settings and information. I have had things read failed only to find out the update actually did take.
