On my GS9, if I have multiple notifications that the phone has grouped into one item (see screenshot), if I tap that item, it launches the Wyze app just fine. However, the notifications don’t get cleared and go away like should happen.

Sounds like more of a phone/Android issue, but…
This forum is primarily a user to user community. If you don’t get a helpful reply here, I suggest you contact Wyze Support for more help. You might want to go ahead and submit your ticket now as there is somewhat of a backlog. If you end up getting the issue resolved before support contacts you, then you can always let them that it’s already resolved.
I have the same issue and keep forgetting to mention it. It only clears individual alerts not when they are grouped together.
