Better stand behind the product quality and customer satisfaction

If a product under warranty cannot troubleshoot in a 2 hr time, it should be replaced!. if takes 4 or more hrs the product is replaced and you have the option to relieve another product of equal value or equivalent price boucher towards another product.

I had a Outdoor cam after 2 weeks is would not charge. I opened a case and nothing…4 days. It went into the garbage as I have no time for this. Next time I am buying on Amazon as you have time to send it back and a New device sent out.
