Hi Beta testers,
We need some help from you to verify the IR and night vision(NV) issues on Pan. We got reports that some devices couldn’t turn on IR in Night Vision mode or the image is always B&W or color after switching NV mode. Most of the issues happened only once after the upgrade. We just released 220.127.116.11 for Pan and would like to ask your help to locate the root cause of the IR and NV related issues. If you run into the above issue (after upgrading to 18.104.22.168), we would much appreciate it if you can send us a camera log and app log.
- Please do not unplug your device after the issue happens. Otherwise, the log will be lost.
- Go to Account -> Help & Feedback -> Report an issue to report a log, Please use a title like “IR issue after upgrade” and describe what the issue is, and select the specific device which had the issue and then submit.
