I’m new to Wyze cameras, and I’m unclear the whole “share” thing with this app. It asks for an email. Will the app send a notification to that person’s email for each event?
Can that person access the 12 sec. event?
What is the benefit to sharing my device?
Can someone point me to the right direction?
The email you give should be the email of someone’s already-registered Wyze account, logged into their installation of the Wyze app.
Sharing lets them view the live stream, get notifications, etc. They will not be able to access anything requiring the microSD card nor control certain settings.
