Search the whole internet and can’t find one solution that works.
Didn’t even noticed this under I wanted to check some other cams. My base station is offline. It keeps flashing orange. I opened a support ticket. They ask if I switched cables, switch ports, router, SD card…etc. Run a network scan app…etc. One simple thing, it just died. The app says OFFLINE.
We had that happened as well we trashed the 3 based/hubs and used our spares and re setup the cams
Welcome to the forums! Did support mention anything about travel mode? Checking what the status light color and action means…
Possibly travel mode is enabled? I am translating your orange to yellow. According to the Support pages, pressing the sync button should take it out of travel mode.
