Bad sound sync in recordings

This has been mentioned before, but I have yet to see any acknowledgement from anyone at Wyzecam. Sound sync is off on all recordings, every time, with the exception of the 12 second cloud recordings. Live video does not exhibit this issue. The clips are typically off by between 10 to 15 seconds.

This is very disappointing These cameras are a great value, but for me the sync issue gives them an amateurish feel.

Is this when you view video using the View Playback feature in the app? If so, you could see if it’s the original recording or just the Playback feature in the Wyze app by removing the microSD card from the camera and viewing the actual video files.

I have sound disabled so I’ve never noticed, maybe I’ll enable it and see if I get the same issue.
