My house was burglarized yesterday (3/9/18). I tried to check my video notifications on my phone Wyze App but for some reason there were no video records/notifications since 3/6/18. Since the videos are supposed to be back-up in AWS for 14 days, can I retrieve the video footage for the police?
I noticed there was a firmware upgrade notification. Did my camera not capture any videos (since 3/6) due to the lack of firmware update?
Please advise ASAP. It will be great if I can share the video with the police to put a stop to these criminals. Thank you.
