This topic does not concern a particular camera - it’s concerning Cam Plus auto enrollment.
I bought a new Cam Outdoor v2. Also received an email from Wyze for a “free month of cam plus”, with a code and a “start my free trial” button. I don’t want it, so I DELETED the email without clicking on any buttons other than DELETE in Gmail.
I then receive a “Welcome to Cam Plus” email thanking me for adding it to my Wyze Cam Outdoor — what gives???
I do have a $2.00 monthly charge for Cam Plus Lite (for many months now)…I do not expect to see any other additional charges. If there are, we’ll be in discussions.
