App won't open on older iphone anymore

My Wyze app won’t open at all. The app comes up then instantly crashes.
This happened after I repeatedly sent in videos of cars passing that registered as “person”.
Did I make them mad so they killed my app?

Known issue. They are working on it. Just wait for a new version of the application to come out.
