App won’t work after firmware updates

<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);">Anyone else unable to open the Wyze app after updating to the latest firmware? So essentially my 3 cameras are useless as I cannot access any of them since the app no longer opens. Seriously annoyed!!!</span>

Updating firmware should not affect the ability to open the app. Have you tried restarting your phone? Deleting and reinstalling the Wyze app?

I am having a problem as well. I get notifications, but I can’t log in to the app >:(

I should add that I have the pan and a regular one, and of course as soon as I walk through the door and am on the same wifi, it works fine.

Not that anyone cares apparently, but if you get the app working for the cameras, then the notifications fail. If you restart the app, same “the network connection was lost.” So glad I bought another one of these >:(
