I am a new doorbell user. The videos play fine on the Events Page.
I do have Cam Plus.
But on the Doorbell page, they only play about once every 25 times or so.
Most of the time on the Doorbell page I just get a spinning wheel and no playback.
Wyze says app is supposed to be compatible with Android 5.0+
Any ideas what is wrong ???
How can I get someone at Wyze to answer this ??
This is a user forum, not Wyze support. You need to submit a ticket if you want Wyze to answer.
I do not have doorbell, you may want to wait for other doorbell user to chime in.
