I was installing my cameras and was down to the last 2. Suddenly, the app would display the logo and then “go away”. I looked for any info and tried a number of suggestions. Nothing worked, so created a ticket. The next day, no response, I called. Got a kid that didn’t know payday was Friday and he finally admitted it and promised to find someone in tech and get back to me. 9 days later, no contact.
Accidently, I found a solution, I downloaded the app on my GF’s phone and when it asked for my password, I said that I didn’t know it. I reset it and it opened. Went to my phone & tablet and used the new pw and they worked.
