App down, again ☹️

Mine just returned to normal. I can view my events again.

I just installed the new iOS app update 2.5.45 and had the same problems.

I deleted the app from my phone and reintalled from the app store. That seems to have fixed it. My guess is a glitch of some kind of conflict between the data retained on the phone from the prior app version.

Please try deleting the app from the phone and reinstall a new copy and report if that works for you.

UDPATE: Apparently I just happened to delete the app at the same time the server came back to life. So no app deletion necessary.

@unclebwood1 Did you reinstall the app or did it just start working?

Mine just starting working now all of a sudden! I didn’t do anything, all my events just re appeared and I can enable detections without an error message.

Mine is working again as well.

You don’t have to re-install. It’s working again.

It looks like a server issue - again.

Reinstalled but didn’t work. Think it just started working on its own.

Yes, it’s working again.

But the hardware decoding option on Android is still missing in the latest WYZE app.

Same issue latest update. Worked early this morning.

The Pan camera still shows as “offline” in the camera main menu although it connects when tapped on. :neutral_face:

Back to normal for me.
