I realize there are related posts, but I figured I would start another one because I don’t think Wyze realizes how much of a problem this is for people who use Wyze cams for security or monitoring babies/children/elderly.
A security camera should not require internet access.
If I am on the same local network as the camera, I should not need to go throught the internet to access the camera.
This is a HUGE securiy issue.
This is a basic feature that has been around for more than 20 years. There is no reason to not have this feature.
Wyze should make it abundantly clear that this is not something their cameras support.
