Anyone having problems viewing motion clips?

Is anyone else having troubles viewing motion detected clips? The 12 second ones stored on the cloud? When I open app there is just a thumbnail with the wyze cam photo. So I check the time stamp and go to my memory card playback and everything has been recorded there. Is the cloud down right now. This is the case for everything since 6:00 p. m. this evening.

Having trouble here also , it is taking 30 minutes for the clips too become available to view

having the same issue with mine. Started late last night around 11pm pst then was fine all day… now happening again for me starting about a half hour ago. Won’t let me view any 12 second motion or sound recordings. but cameras still work for viewing separately and are still capturing motion/sound.

Yes. I’m also having these same problems. Seems like it might be slowly catching up, as I’m now able to view some events that happened around 30mins ago. However more recent events still do not show.

Could it be Regional? All clips work fine for me

Mine are also slow even when I am deleting them it sometimes return an error.

It looks like mine are pretty much caught up now , coming in on time
